VOICE cannot operate without a group of talented interns to manage the implementation of the camp and act as role models to our campers. We are always looking for top university students who are motivated, energetic, and passionate about becoming changemakers in the community. Our interns are able to manage a classroom and execute our curriculum with enthusiasm while being an approachable mentor for their campers. VOICE campers aren’t the only ones who benefit from camp – our interns leave with improved leadership, confidence, interpersonal skills, knowledge about social realities, and managerial skills, while getting to travel to and live in a rural camp location.
