Meet the Team

Anusha Bharadwaj
Executive Director

As Executive Director, Anusha is working towards taking VOICE Camps to marginalized adolescent girls across the country. Anusha has been a development sector professional since 2002 and her core expertise is in child education and health, adolescent health, gender, public health and rural development. She holds an MBA in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) and an MA in Sociology from Annamalai University. Her commitment and leadership are demonstrated by her selection into the Asia Pacific Leadership Fellow (2013-14), East West Center, USA and Harvard-Dasra Social Impact Leadership Program (2014-15). She is also a Board Member of Bodhi Education Society, an NGO that runs an affordable English medium private school in rural Telangana. In her spare time, Anusha is a documentary photographer and she believes that this lends a unique perspective into the communities she serves.

P Vanitha
Operations Manager

P. Vanitha holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy from ICFAI University, Hyderabad. Before joining VOICE, Vanitha worked on several projects related to gender, microfinance and public health across the country with a focus on research, monitoring and evaluation, and program implementation and management. As Operations Manager, she is involved in strategic planning, partnership building and programming monitoring and evaluation.

Malini Gopalakrishnan
Content and Communications Officer

As the Content and Communications Officer at VOICE, Malini is responsible for managing internal and external communications for the organisation. She also takes care of programme reporting, social media marketing and public relations, content writing, collateral development, and documentation and archiving. Malini has a Masters Degree in Biotechnology from S.R.M. University, Chennai. Prior to joining VOICE 4 Girls, she was a journalist and a features writer.

Vandana Paul Burder
Assistant Operations Manager

Vandana holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Delhi and PG Diploma in Human Rights from the University of Hyderabad. With more than 10 years of work experience in program and organisational planning & management, donor relationship, fundraising and advocacy and a specialization in Urban and Rural Community Development, she has worked extensively on children, youth and women's issues in New Delhi and Hyderabad. As an Assistant Operations Manager, she is involved in partnership building, training, programme monitoring and recruitment.

Vishvani Siluguri
Project Officer

As Project Officer, Vishvani manages partnerships with low-cost private schools and Telangana Social Welfare and Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Societies. Along with monitoring the implementation of VOICE’s programmes, she is part of the training and impact assessment teams at VOICE. Vishvani has a degree in commerce and computer science from St Francis College for Women, Hyderabad and joined VOICE as a field coordinator in 2012. She is deeply passionate about education for young girls and joined the VOICE team as a full time employee in 2013.

Aishwarya Naidu
Project Officer

Aishwarya Naidu holds a PGDM in Marketing and Systems from Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad. Before joining VOICE 4 Girls, Aishwarya worked as Assistant Manager - CSM with a leading corporate bank. She has also worked with NGOs like Girls in Tech and VOICE on women's initiatives like self-employment and entrepreneurship; and VOICE 4 Girls as an intern. As Project Officer at VOICE 4 Girls, Aishwarya works on recruitment, training, monitoring and evaluation.

Kalyan Ram V
Project Officer

Kalyan holds a Master's Degree in Social Anthropology and P.G. Diploma in Human Resource Development from Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam. Before joining VOICE 4 Girls, he worked with NGOs and government partnership programs pertaining to improvement of education standards for children in India. He has worked on projects aimed at improving literacy levels in government schools and rural communities across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.  His core strengths are training, monitoring, evaluation, and program implementation. As project officer, Kalyan Ram is responsible for fund-raising, managing partnerships, recruitment, training and implementation.

Pratibha Vijay
Project Officer

Pratibha has a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree from Malla Reddy College of Pharmacy, Hyderabad. She first worked with VOICE as a counsellor in 2014, when she was still a student. Since then, Pratibha continued her association with VOICE in various part-time capacities. Since she joined VOICE as a full-time in 2015 as a Project Officer, she has been vital to training, monitoring and evaluation; she also provides support at the content end by working on translation of content into regional languages (Telugu and Hindi).

Santosh Kumar Swain
Administrative Assistant

As Administrative Assistant, Santosh is responsible for making sure that the VOICE office runs like a well-oiled machine. Having worked as part of the administrative team at AMS Semiconductors in Hyderabad for more than four years, Santosh brings order and discipline to the VOICE office. His responsibilities include interfacing with vendors, maintaining inventories and managing finances for the organization.

Satya Veni Meda
Data Entry Operator

As data entry operator, Satya is responsible for entering all data that VOICE collects. through its pre and post camp assessment tests. Ever cheerful and enthusiastic, Satya brings energy and positivity to the VOICE office.

Sharanya Gautam

An indispensable member of the VOICE family, Sharanya was until recently serving as Assistant Director at VOICE 4 Girls providing strategic support to the Curriculum, Monitoring & Evaluation and Communications teams and is involved in fundraising and advocacy, employee development and organisational management. She has a Masters degree in Media and Cultural Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and a Bachelors degree in Statistics from Lady Sriram College for Women, New Delhi. Previously, she has worked as a journalist with a leading English daily, and on research, documentation and archiving projects around education, urban development, environment and culture. Currently, Sharanya is on a sabbatical, pursuing a masters degree in Social Policy at London School of Economics. We are incredibly excited for her and look forward to having her join us again!
