Reshma Lohia is the Principal and Correspondent of Lohia's Little Angels School, which was founded in 1986. Ms. Lohia has worked at all levels and became the Principal and Correspondent in 1993. During this time Ms. Lohia completed her BA in English and History from Andhra Pradesh Open University and a MA in English from Osmania University. In 2000, Ms. Lohia worked closely with Professor James Tooley who is a preeminent scholar on affordable private education. She joined his Board, The Beautiful Tree Trust, in 2008. Since then, Ms. Lohia has partnered and worked with a number of service providers such as the IDEX Accelerator and researchers in the education field. Ms. Lohia's decades of experience in and outside the class have allowed her to grow a school from under 20 students to over 1,000. She is an enterprising woman whose passion for education, especially for girls, has lead her to be a valuable mentor, partner, and role-model for VOICE.

Padma Koppula is the CEO of Aranya Agriculture and a committed social worker with over 20 years of work with rural farmers. She is also an institutional development expert, irrigation expert & gender specialist. In the past, she has been advisory member for Andhra Pradesh Farmers Water Management Committees Association (FWMCA), Secretary for the Bodhi Education Society, Co-ordinator for Deccan Development Society, Consultant to the Government of Andhra Pradesh on Irrigation projects and promoter of sustainable agriculture practices & permaculture.

Ms. Jayapadma RV

Jayapadma RV is Learning Facilitator at LOGIN, a South and East Asia-centric multi-stakeholder network, promoting knowledge exchange on practices and processes towards strengthening local governance. She has worked for a decade with community-based organisations in Orissa and Jharkhand, and thereafter has been teaching in the area of sustainable development practice at academic institutions and NGOs, for the past decade. Jaya has sector experience in community-based habitat development, including clean and sustainable energy, water supply and sanitation, ICT for social development, promoting decentralized governance, developing social leadership, strengthening management systems of organizations, and mainstreaming gender processes in organizations. She is founder member of TREE Society that imparts business training to rural entrepreneurs, and serves on the Board of the NGOs – Timbaktu Collective and PRAN. Jaya is an alumnus of IRMA, Anand and St.Xavier’s College, Kolkata

Mr. Raj Gilda

Raj is a banker turned social entrepreneur and co-Founder of an NGO, Lend A Hand India (LAHI). LAHI has been a pioneering organization to introduce vocational education as part of secondary school curriculum since 2006 and currently working in 500 schools across five states and 30,000 students in partnership with Government of Maharashtra, Haryana and soon Madhya Pradesh. Raj has worked across Asia, Europe, and North America and brings 20 years of varied experience in the fields of education, banking, insurance, and information technology. Prior to leaving corporate sector in 2011 to focus full time on Lend A Hand India, he spent ten years in New York working with Citibank and Deloitte Consulting. Raj was recently appointed by Government of India as a General Body member of National Skill Development Agency (NSDA). He is an advisor to Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyaan (RMSA), Government of Maharashtra for the roll out of vocational education initiative in the state and member of the state-level committee to effectively utilize CSR resources for the education sector. He was also selected by the UK Government, as a Chevening Gurukul Scholar (2012) at the London School of Economics. He was recognized as a top 100 graduate alumni of the University of Texas at Austin and received an award for exceptional community service from the President of the United States. Raj is an Electronics Engineer from the University of Pune, a CFA, and holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Rohit Ranganathan

Rohit is a Senior Engineer and an expert in the domain of semi-conductors, currently working as Project Leader at ams AG. He brings many years of project management skills where he has dealt with team members across five countries. In addition, Rohit spent one year in Gram Vikas Orrisa as Manager, Renewable Energy. He has worked on renewable energy solutions to provide families with access to clean water, electricity, livelihood opportunities etc. In his 13 month tenure with Gram Vikas, he managed a 20 crore budget and team working on PV electrification, Micro-hydro electrification, installation of off-grid solar-powered and grid-powered electro-chlorinators to provide clean drinking water. Rohit was also instrumental in mapping all the central and state schemes available for electrification, solar water pumps, portable solar lights etc. This was presented as a roadmap for Gram Vikas to help communities to avail those schemes. Rohit was also part of the Skoll Leaders Regional Initiatives where he worked with four Skoll Leaders to create a multi-country Impact Program that embraced girl education, renewable energy, water sanitation and rural development.
Rohit also brings to VOICE, a keen understanding of the sector through his direct work and indirect association as a documentary photographer. In 2016, Rohit was a participant of the prestigious CSC World Leaders forum where he continues to work with a group of seven CSC Leaders from seven countries on a Public-Private-Partnership Model on creating a set of indices to rate energy inequity.
